I like this sofa as it's extremely comfortable. I can literally sleep on this sofa for hours and hours.

The leather is not that good/thick pebble grain you think when you just sit on it at the showroom. Nice product but wish the leather was a little richer.

I'm very upset that not only did I have to wait two months to receive my couch but it has come with several defects. I noticed a tear in the back of the couch plus an impression that looks like it came from a packaging staple. Then just today I look and upon further inspection there are more tears in the bottom of the couch to the point where it is ripped and you can see the the inside padding. This is ridiculous. I've only had the couch three weeks. I wasn't home when it arrived because I was at work. If I were home I would have inspected it then. I have already put in a claim and I am waiting. I have never had this experience with a furniture purchase before. This is my first time with this company.
