I purchased this fair for my bedroom which has a sitting area. This is my favorite chair. I fall asleep in it all the time, that's how comfortable it is. I have no regrets about my purchase. I'm going to purchase the Sectional for my living room. The material is great and I haven't had any problems with it Love my chair.

I purchased this product on clearance, as is and stupidly enough declined the one year warranty. Upon returning home with the chair within an hour it stopped working, I made sure all connection points were attached and even tried to reset everything by unplugging and re attaching the connection points, still nothing. The chair is receiving power,all 4 lights blink but it is in the reclined position and won't move. I like the chair and would like it to work,now I have to find some way to have it serviced.

This chair stopped working within 15 minutes of being delivered. The second chair they brought (almost a month later) worked for 1 day and is no longer working. Other than the chair matching my couch it's only taking up room in my living room now as the head rest malfunctioned forward so you can't sit in it and it won't turn in at all. Returning and getting a refund
