Not sure how there's so many great reviews on this couch. It was great in store, it felt comfortable and cozy. I've had this couch for a week now and cannot be on it for more than a minute without it completely deflating underneath you. Cushion where??? This was my first purchase for my first apartment, I was so excited to buy a couch that wasn't from Facebook marketplace. Now I'm torn between selling it or getting some sort of foam topper so I can actually sit on it comfortably.

My husband and I bought this couch from Value City. In the store looked and seemed to be a comfy cozy couch. We were told this sofa was their top seller and they have made the best upgrades from the older one. The "older one would have feathers coming out" the newer version you will never see one feather. They lied. I'm constantly picking up feathers on the floor and the ones poking out. This sofa may look good but that is the only purpose. Once you sit on it, it will look as if you have had it for years, it looks messy. You have to constantly fluff the cushions and let me tell you they are heavy. the cushions slide off, there is no neck/back support. It is a very high maintenance sofa. Keep looking. The couch is very plush and comfortable. The cousins are very wide, which give my family tons of room to relax. The only issue I have with the couch is that the individual sections don't latch on to each other so they do slide apart with my kids playing on them. But they're lovely in every other area and the material seems very durable. Would definitely buy them again. #sweepstakes

Easy to put together and looks great

I'm baffled by all of the great reviews. This is the most uncomfortable, itchy, scratchy sofa I have ever had the displeasure of sitting on. I've tried everything under the sun to try to make the material less stiff and unpleasant, but nothing so far has worked. I never write product reviews, especially not negative ones, but I felt compelled to write this and warn others. Even my family and friends who have sat on it have commented on the strange, unpleasant texture. This is nothing like any polyester couch I've ever seen. Also, after several months of barely any use at all, the cushions are all already starting to flatten out and lose their shape. I would give zero stars if I could. I'm so disappointed. What an absolute waste of money.

We tried out the couch in store and loved it. We thought it'd be a great couch for the family to snuggle up and watch movies on. We have sooooo much buyers remorse. The couch is SO sloppy looking all the time with the cushions sliding off. Not to mention the cushions are so flat. You can feel the base of the couch. There is zero support. The sale associate assured us that we could wash the cushion covers in the washer. No where does it say anything is machine washable. Do not buy it!

Great sofa

Really shocked at how many 5 star reviews there are. This couch is so uncomfortable. The cushions continuously slide off. No support at all. You have to fluff/beats the pillows daily to get some type of cushion feeling. They are flimsy, way too expensive for what you're getting. Keep looking, do not get this couch

Purchased this for the media room. It's so poorly constructed and uncomfortable. There is no support in the cushions, which leaves you sitting on the frame of the sofa. No one ever sits on it because it's so awful. Please save your money and keep looking.
