I bought this mattress, laid on it in the store, but every single night I get a horrible nights sleep. I sleep sideways at the foot of the bed. No customer service, they dont want to hear about anything. I dont recommend getting this, will probably end up donating this and buying a Scott Living Restonic. I thought the pillow top would help. I cant move once I am on the bed. I had to buy satin sheets so I could slide myself out, otherwise I would be stuck in bed each day. Just horrible. Was told during the pandemic by someone who answered the phone ASF would replace it for me, but after they reopened, they declined. So I am stuck with a piece of garbage to sleep on. Will never buy from again.

i don't know what these other folks are talking about , i LOVE this mattress. i usually only leave reviews if i really like or dislike something. so i love this mattress ! very firm. good for my back. I'm 25 with back issues so i went with firm. it's firm but still soft. i only gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because it could be JUST a smidge more soft but i've slept on it for 3 nights so it will probably loosen up eventually. bottom line , it's firm and it's soft and comfy. i usually get hot while sleeping but not w this bad boy.

Laid on the mattress in store, thought it felt fine. Got it home, have had it a few nights.... ITS SO HARD. I wake up with upper back/neck pain. Can't lay on my back without pillows under my knees. I'm in my 30s. You get what you pay for.... Not returnable unfortunately
