We've had these couches 2.5 years now and it's still extremely comfortable. No sagging at all which has always been an issue for any couches we've bought in the past. We did upgrade to the cumulus cushions though. My only complaint is the fabric pills terribly I wish I had done more research on pet friendly fabrics as it's mainly the bottoms of our dogs feet that causes the pilling.

This sofa is terrible! It was beautiful and extremely comfortable for the first three months, then it started to sag and the cushions have NO SUPPORT! Stay away from this sofa if you can. Its beautiful bit I did not buy this to look at, but to sit in.

Sofa lost firmness and no longer comfortable within 30 days. Cushions flatten and got extra soft causing the sofa to sit lower. The sterling color is beautiful and style of sofa is nice but it suffers in the quality area. This would not be a sit on everyday sofa. I would classify it as one to place in a sitting room where it doesn't get daily use.

I tried to stay away from the reviews on this but I have to say this is THE WORST sofa ever from VCF! I've had this for 3 months and it looks like I've had it 3 years! The cushions and pillows are terrible! The cushions are creased, material looks like a bad pair of wrinkled pants. The pillow are filled with some cheap synthetic cotton looking stuff and the zipper doesn't stay zipped so you cant lean on the pillows without the busting open. I have finally reached someone who may consider listening but I'm waiting on a response...this should be a no brainer for anyone who has this sofa and has a complaint about the same issues. Replace the cushions or entire sofa for customers VCF!!!

This was the worst couch I ever bought! The pillows and cushions always distort. I have to adjust all day long other wise it looks like something from a thrift store. Wish I could return. GIVING IT 2 STARS because it is made well I guess and I do like the color.
