Bought on clearance. Looked great. Within three months the seams unraveled and cushion felt like they were dissolving, super flat. Ordered linen covers to get through the next couple months. Then, I'm going to take a sledge hammer to it and toss it in the dump.

I was attracted to the idea that I could select pieces to fit my space exactly. I have had the Nest for less than two years. I take good care of it but the fabric is pulling apart and fraying at the seams of the seat cushions. The throw pillows are mis-shaped due to a really cheap fiberfill. The back pillows do not keep there shape either. I purchased the warranty package and instead of them accepting that the fabric is a horrible choice for normal wear and tear, they are doing nothing to fix the problem. I am very unhappy with the integrity of the Nest. I am also extremely disappointed in the warranty that I purchased. Value city just lost a customer for life.

For the price this couch is not worth it. I've had it 2 years and the seams are ripping apart at many parts.

I bought this nest sectional 2 years ago very little use of the sectional because it's just me its unraveling from the seam the ottoman the cushions and pillows just spoke with the protection plan people that I purchased for 400.00 and there is nothing that can do about it this is my forth sectional from VCF and never had a problem like this before I am done with buying furniture from them.

The seams on the couch started coming apart. Initially, I thought this was due to my children, but I've realized that isn't the case. I came across another customer who experienced the same issue with ripped seams, even without children, which says a lot about the quality. Unfortunately, I didn't notice many negative reviews when I purchased this couch, but now I'm seeing more. I purchased this couch in 2022 and started experiencing issues after 3 months!

As everyone else mentioned, the seams blew out within a year. I won't pursue the warranty as everyone else mentioned, it wouldn't be covered. Shame on me for not relaxing the reviews sooner, and I will not buy again from this company or VCF. It's a lot of money for a couch that fell apart so quickly.

Beautiful couch looks incredible in the space however the back cushions get smashed and are next to impossible to get back to their original shape. I was annoyed with this at first however I could look past it. The part I can't look past is at just over a year of owning it (no pets, no kids, just 2 adults) every seam is coming apart, and on seats we barely sit on. Even the throw pillows busted. Don't buy the warrant as it won't cover all they say it does. I won't even purchase anything from value city furniture again.

I have had this 5 pc sectional for almost 2 years and the seams on the cushions were already coming apart and the seat cushions are sinking in (do not hold their form) within the first year of owning it. Also, the fabric is low quality with threads coming out of the pillows and cushions. Additionally metal brackets stick out of the bottom, causing a serious safety hazard. Such a shame because this is so pretty in the store, but the price is not worth the quality you receive. If I could return it I would. Only purchase if you want this for decoration rather than seating.

I am completely disappointed in this product and wish I'd read the reviews before my purchase. I too have this sofa in a space in my home that's not used. I went to finally use the sofa and same issue, some of the pillows have come apart on the fabric and therefore can't be repaired. The fact that I have to try and find pillow covers and am unable to deal directly with the manufacturer (Value City is NO help) to get replacements is ridiculous. I will NOT purchase from Value City nor this manufacturer again!!!! And this is coming from someone who is currently renovating her home.

When we saw the sofa in the showroom, we loved it. It was very pretty and super comfortable. After a few months, however the material would not stay in place and the seams were not where they were supposed to be. Then the steams in the cushions started to split and fray. We paid extra for the warranty and I submitted a claim and they said that it wasn't covered. I have flipped the ripped seams over so you can't see them, but the truth is that we paid a ridiculous amount of money for such a cheaply made product. The back cushions also lose their shape and have ended up looking like squares instead of the rectangles that they are supposed to be. Hopefully, you have looked online at the reviews before purchasing this sofa, and you will think twice before spending your money on it. This is just super disappointing as we have bought furniture from American signature before and have always been happy, but this has been a total waste of money. It appears that they have gotten a new manufacturer to make this sofa, according to their response to all the negative reviews. Unfortunately, that does not help all of us who bought the sofa.
