Great service and loving the couch!

It's terrible. We have had it serviced a few times since purchasing earlier this year. Don't waste your money. Cushions poorly made and we paid for upgraded material. Our bad life choice. Don't make the same one. Wish I could rate it negative stars

This couch was so comfortable in the store and I fell in love with it. My husband and I bought this about 3 years ago and from the moment we got it, it was terrible. Not comfortable-which I thought would get better after being sat on for a while but that is not the case. It's even more uncomfortable now, as the cushions on the back don't hold up, even after constant fluffing. They sink down and make it weird to sit against and you end up leaning against the hard part on the back of the couch. And what bothers me the most is the fabric has discolored! I spent a lot of money and even paid more for the specialty cushion and wasted it all on this couch. Currently in the process of looking for a new one. Very, very disappointed.

Honest opinion I was so nervous my sectional wouldn't fit in my new space. Yes, I measured ten millions times but I wasn't sure. It was so easy to unconnect and move it from one home to storage, from storage to my new home. Talking about a happy girl! Cleaning it was a piece of cake! It was wrapped in plastic but if the girls are like me you cleaned it. Cushions still like I bought it and I'm ready to host my family and friends for my housewarming and 40th birthday! This girl is very HAPPY! 🎉

The couch is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We got the hybrid cushions…. I almost went with foam to save $$$ and so glad did not. First of all the comfort would not have been same. Also the aesthetics would have been different. The couch itself is a coma inducer in my opinion. Love love love Hope holds up, that's tbt Overall 5/5

Beautiful and comfy couch! Love it!

We have had this sectional for about 8 months and there are constantly feathers coming out of cushions and throw pillows. Also the back cushions are looking sad in this short amount of time. For the price I hoped for better quality.

My husband and I decided on this couch because we love the modern look of it and it really looks nice in our living room. We got the Liv Arctic performance fabric. I wouldn't recommend the fabric if you have a dog that sheds. The fabric is wonderful at repelling liquids and stains, and I love that the covers are removable and washable. However, the fabric is NOT vacuumable! The dog hair gets stuck between the fibers of the fabric and is difficult to remove even with vacuuming. I shouldn't have to pick the hair out with my fingers. Overall, we love this couch, unfortunately we will just have to get covers for it. Even if the couch were a different color, I still would be unhappy with the fabric.

I purchased my couch last year. One of the throw pillows came with very little stuffing. 2 months after purchasing,the couch started to sag & create these lines. I call the company they sent someone out,but did nothing about it. I am always trying to hide the sag by using throw blankets or adding more pillows, because it looks horrible. In my personal opinion if are thinking about this for your den area where the family gathers to watch movies DONT,but if you are looking for something that looks beautiful and you wouldn't do much sitting then buy it. This is the only picture I have in my phone that will give somewhat of an idea about the sagging lines.

This sectional has been a great investment, - the quality is amazing, the cushions don't sag, and it looks so pretty! I love the removable slipcovers, and they wash so well. My favorite thing about this sectional though is that it is fully modular. 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!
