I wanted this chair so badly and my husband bought it for me for Christmas in 2023. I hate that the cushion isn't able to be flipped, not reversible. The cushion is beginning to sag and it looks horrible. One of the wheels broke off and I keep trying to fix it but it keeps falling off. There needs to be more wheels on it. Outside of these issues I like the chair, just needs attention to these details. Not recommending this due to these issues.
I bought the two piece sectional and ottoman about 3.5 years ago. The color is beautiful, the seats are deep and the height is perfect for my tall family. However, only a month after having the set the ottoman sunk in on one side! It's not even useable because the cushion was placed in between the slacks. The couch pillows are sagging and the chaise is horrible! The bottom of the chaise is made of a thin black material, not the sides material. The Velcro strip started sticking to the black material and it completely ripped apart, the bottom of the chaise has plastic and all of the cotton hanging out. It's embarrassing and disappointing since I wanted to love this set! It has perfect dimensions and colors, but the materials are just so cheap it's not worth even buying! And the insurance is a JOKE! Would not recommend purchasing the insurance.

We bought this couch in September 2022 and it hasn't held up at all. The cushions sag where we sit and the fabric is ripping on the seat of the chaise. I regret buying this couch and really wish we would've bought something else.
This sofa is one of the worst ones I have ever sat on. The foam It's horrible and the frame You can Feel. It when you sit down.
