We got this couch less than 3 years ago. Right off the bat 4 of the couch cover seams ripped apart within a month of having it. We had those replaced with the manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty covered it because it was within 90 days of having it in our home. Every single cushion/pillow (even the replaced ones) since then have ripped apart at the seams. The extra 5 year warranty we PAID for says there's nothing they can do and it's "normal wear and tear". I reached out to them as soon as more were ripping. The stitching is poorly done. It happened within the first month. That's not normal. Buying the extra warranty was useless because they won't replace them. I'm not sure what I paid extra for because they deny the claim. Even though it states it should cover tears. It's a scam don't buy the extra warranty and don't buy this couch!!!!! Poorly manufactured

This is the worst couch I have ever owned. I bought it less than 3 years ago and every cushion and EVERY pillow is ripped apart at the seams. The first seam I got repaired, but it quickly happened over and over again. I got so fed up I called and spoke to someone about my warranty and they claimed there was nothing they could do as it was not reported within 30 days even though I had reported the first rip within a month of having the couch. All of the back cushions are filled with an off material that has made every cushion fold in half and it's impossible to fix. Please do not buy this couch.

We have not had this couch for 3 years yet and it is already ripping at the seams. We don't use this couch often, no dogs, no kids. We normally have the pillows set off on the side because the stuffing they are filled with is uncomfortable leaving the pillows always deformed which leaves the couch looking disorderly. I contacted customer service about the couch ripping apart after 2.5 years and they said "couches aren't made to last a lifetime." They should be made to last more than 2 years though. I was told this is an issue/wear and tear from my end but with what I mentioned above and all of the other reviews saying the same thing, this is clearly an issue on VCFs end and one they are not willing to own up to. Do not waste your money on this couch unless you plan to pay for repairs or a replacement 2 years down the road. Or buy the 5 year warranty because you will need it for this couch. Disappointed in the quality of the couch and the way the situation was handled. Would not recommend.

I bought this less than 2 yrs ago and it's already been ripped for over a year. I don't have any pets, no small kids. I got it in ivory which I expect will get dirty so that's understandable. All of the small pillows have rips, the couch cushions have rips as well. Very disappointed for the price I paid. Will not buy from this company again.

Literally the worst couch we've ever owned! It's so uncomfortable, seats have terrible cushioning in them and we aren't large people. Most of our cushions and pillows started coming apart at the seams within a few months of owning this- tried to do a warranty claim and was told it's normal wear and tear. This couch is wildly expensive, for how cheap and poorly it's made. We bought it before there were any reviews smh- here's to hoping I can save someone else from making a huge mistake!
I have had this couch for a few years now. Unfortunately I have the same issue many ppl are having, rips at the seams. The first time the store replaced the couch because replacement cushions were on back order. Second time the warranty plan covered the repairs. Now the third time the warranty has denied the claim stating its not covered as its normal wear and tear. It breaks my heart to spend over $1000 for a sofa and have to deal with issues from day 1. I went to many stores and looked at many sofas before deciding on the Nest. This sofa should be disconnected. That the store continues to sell this product knowing that it's defective, is horrible.

This sectional is beautiful and comfortable but it was very poorly made especially for the cost. Most of my pillows have ripped just bust open for no reason. The wheels on 2 of the ottomans broke. This is insane because we barely touch the pillows. I'm shocked by how this set is falling apart. I will be reaching out to ASF about this.

Paid alot if money for this sofa and loveseat and the quality is poor. It's comfortable however the material is shredding and falling apart. ALL THE PILLOWS are ripped and fraying. Very disappointed. I did take out the insurance will be filing a claim not sure how successful I'll be!

I have had the Nest sofa for about 2 years now and the quality is amazing! It has been a great addition to my living room, comfortable, & perfect for hanging out with my family. I have 3 pups who love to sleep on it and can definitely say it still looks as if I bought it yesterday!
