As others have mentioned, the material starts to flake and peel off over time. Even the bench is peeling. Started around year 5. Very disappointing because other than this flaw, the piece is beautiful and very sturdy. I expected to have this set for many years to come. Too bad it didn't withstand the test of time. I'm looking to either contract an expert to reupholster it or replace with a new all wood unit.

After a couple of years the headboard artificial leather material started cracking and peeling. I'm looking to purchase a new king bed because I'm unable to find a suitable matching all wood headboard replacement.

I purchased this as a King bedroom set 7 years ago and it still looks the same as it did when I first purchased it. It's very sturdy and the quality is excellent.

i bought the queen size suite exactly a year ago. queen bed, dresser/mirror, chest & 2 night stand stands beautiful but after exactly 1 year the rail on the left side broke. it just cracked. i made the mistake on not purchasing the warranty. i suggest you do. they dont sell parts needed top fix

This headboard and frame was exactly what I was looking for. It appears to be well made and it is extremely eye-catching. One caution is to be aware of the space you have available. I have a 12 inch high mattress and I bought a box spring as well. The height of the box spring made the whole thing look ridiculous. Right now, I just have the mattress in the frame and it looks just fine (see picture).

After 3 years of use I noticed the headboard to this bed started to peel. After 5 years it looks horrible and I have to find creative ways to hide it.

I love this bed it looks better in king so I bought it. Made for a king but fit just for the queen that I am. I was looking for something with clean lines but modern with a high headboard but not masculine. This bed was perfect and sturdy as I am a plus size woman and so is my mate. It matches perfectly with any coloring bedding and most color rugs. Perfect for my basement master bedroom the only con is it accumulates a lot of dust requiring me to dust it every week unless it's the basement (lol). I would recommend this bed to any couple who is looking to satisfy the style of the woman and the man.
